- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- previous server or restaurant experience preferred
- reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- english language and professional communications skills required
- ability to work in a team environment
- must have problem solving abilities
- be self-motivated and organized
- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- capable of handling multiple priorities
- working calmly under pressure and exercising good judgment
- ability to utilize tablets, point of sale equipment and telephones accurately
- must maintain a friendly attitude regardless of workload
