Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
- previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a plus

Job Duties
- Receive each customer in the restaurant with a smile
- cite wait times accurately and manage reservations
- attend to customers by providing special experiences
- accompany customers to their tables and provide a seamless experience
- provide a warm farewell and invite them to return
- focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision takes into account the customer and team needs
