Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to remain stationary and move steadily for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Basic physical fitness to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Assist with cleaning and disinfecting duties as required
