Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
- Manage the lobby experience
- Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- Greet guests warmly and maintain positive interactions throughout their visit
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house areas
- Support team members with communication and guest service as needed
