Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Understand and accommodate guests' dining needs
- Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
- Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow
- Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders
- Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment
