Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally
  • Be prepared, in uniform, and punctual for shifts
  • Possess a personal and energetic personality
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to accommodate and welcome diverse guests
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems such as SevenRooms is a plus
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of menu items and restaurant specials

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in person and on the phone with sincere hospitality
  • Maintain a clean and orderly Host Stand
  • Utilize SevenRooms in tandem with the VIP Table Hosts to track individual guests preferences
  • Utilize SevenRooms to ensure proper bookings for reservations and VIP Guests
  • Perform all duties assigned by the Manager on Duty
  • Follow up with guests as they are leaving to ensure they had a great experience and invite them to return
  • Monitor front-of-house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and overall cleanliness
