Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints regularly
- maintain clean and presentable menus for guests
- assist guests with menu suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- thank guests sincerely when they leave and invite them to return
- collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
