Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression
  • Manage reservations and seating flow, ensuring an efficient and smooth dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service
  • Assist guests with special requests, event inquiries, and general restaurant information
  • Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and professional at all times
  • Engage with guests upon departure, thanking them and inviting them back
