Job Requirements
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the workplace

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage reservations and seating flow, ensuring an efficient and smooth dining experience
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service
- Assist guests with special requests, event inquiries, and general restaurant information
- Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Engage with guests upon departure, thanking them and inviting them back
