Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce servers to guests to facilitate seamless service
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations during busy times
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points
- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment throughout the restaurant
