Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
- manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods
- provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant policies
- coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
