Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile
- Manage waitlists and guest seating efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of host station and guest touchpoints
- Provide guests with menus and explain specials or menu features
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen for smooth seating transitions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
