Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant coursework or certifications in hospitality or administration is a plus
  • proven experience in administrative roles preferably in food and beverage industry
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced growing environment

Job Duties

  • respond to phone calls and inquiries from guests interested in making dining reservations
  • manage reservation book system to accurately record and organize guest bookings
  • collaborate with the events team to provide timely updates on event inquiries and reservations
  • ensure all guest interactions are handled with care and attention to detail
  • organize training materials
  • assist management team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record keeping
  • assist in maintaining and updating menus ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • monitor inventory levels for food and beverage items and communicate restocking needs
  • utilize Restaurants 365 to input invoices, understand COGs, and assist with monthly counts
  • assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of food and beverage areas
  • perform other related duties as assigned
