Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and professional guest interaction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and providing warm farewell
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- Be a team player and work well with others
