Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Commitment to making an impact
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make a positive first impression
  • Assist servers with guest service and operational flow
  • Manage seating and table assignments efficiently
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining areas, kitchen, and service bar
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
