Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make a positive first impression
- Assist servers with guest service and operational flow
- Manage seating and table assignments efficiently
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining areas, kitchen, and service bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
