Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and engage in friendly conversation
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times and seating availability
- Introduce guests to their servers and ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points throughout the shift
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure efficient seating and guest flow
