Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Engage in polite conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during peak hours to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Keep various guest touch points clean and sanitized
- Coordinate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns
