Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Strong organizational skills to maintain clean and orderly environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to follow the company’s three core rules
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Seat customers efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- Engage with customers to introduce Chuy's unique flavors and hospitality
- Manage guest waitlists and reservations effectively
- Provide information and answer questions about the menu and restaurant policies
- Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests and coworkers
