Job Requirements
- Ability to raise and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grasp
- sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
- ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- good hearing in loud environments
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- comply with health regulations related to food handling
- ability to differentiate between monetary denominations
- able to operate point of sale system
- ability to work safely around hazardous chemicals

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- manage guest waiting list and adhere to seating procedures
- describe promotions and suggestively sell while seating guests
- take initial beverage orders and assist with ongoing guest needs
- handle payments accurately using safe cash handling procedures
- respond promptly to guest complaints and notify supervisors as needed
- support service personnel with beverage orders, refills, and table maintenance
