Job Description

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- possess effective communication skills
- ability to remain stationary and move for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- ability to work with disinfectants and maintain hygiene standards
- be committed to delivering excellent guest service

- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- adhere to safety and health protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- remain mobile and positioned to support service activities during shifts
