Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and move steadily for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies regularly
- Effective hand hygiene practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic physical fitness to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service
- Maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Follow safety and hygiene standards including wearing protective gear
- Support cleaning and sanitization efforts throughout the shift
