- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the waitlist efficiently to keep the dining room flowing
- update guests on their wait times with a positive attitude
- prepare and reset tables for incoming guests
- maintain an organized and clean waiting area
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
