Job Requirements

Must have a valid form of identification
May require a food handler's certification depending on local regulations
Must have the knowledge to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must have the knowledge to calculate figures such as discounts and tips
Must apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, handle objects, talk, hear, taste and smell regularly
Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Must occasionally sit, climb stairs, and maintain balance
Must have close, distance, and peripheral vision including depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Must have sufficient mobility or agility to respond quickly to emergencies
Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Guest service experience in hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with polite and attentive demeanor
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of English with ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of government policies and regulations relevant to the role
Ability to use Toast POS, Restaurant365, and OpenTable systems
