Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist servers with clearing tables, delivering food and drinks, and refilling beverages
- Help bartenders with restocking and organizing the bar area
- Help guests with inquiries, direct them to their tables, and provide any additional support needed
- Address special requests promptly
- Regularly clean and sanitize public areas, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Ensure supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments are well-stocked
- Set up and break down dining areas, including resetting tables
- Provide support for events by preparing spaces and coordinating deliveries
- Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
