Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage the reservation system and seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest flow
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu specials and restaurant policies
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution
- Collaborate with waitstaff and management to optimize seating arrangements and enhance guest satisfaction
