Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
- Provide excellent customer service by embodying CPK's core values
- Assist guests with seating and special requests
- Promote menu items with passion and knowledge
