Job Requirements
- food and alcohol serving certifications as required by the county
- able to work standing for long periods
- able to lift 20 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- fun, energetic, eager, and committed team member
- basic knowledge of Snooze service
- familiar with POS and iPad systems
- able to work standing for up to 9 hours
- able to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- prior experience recommended but not required
Job Duties
- maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- welcome each guest and thank them when they leave
- seat each guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist iPad system
- keep waiting guests entertained and engaged
- answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- respond to guest requests and communicate them to servers
- assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables
