Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Present guests with clean menus and assist with menu options
- Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the host station and dining area
