Job Requirements

  • ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
  • be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
  • ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
  • embraces all Pacific Catch’s core values, hospitality standards, and team member standards
  • ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
  • ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
  • high school education is required
  • minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • proficiency with POS systems and Open Table software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • strong organizational and prioritization skills

Job Duties

  • greet guests and provide first-class hospitality
  • manage seating arrangements and guest flow
  • introduce the menu and answer guest inquiries
  • handle phone calls and reservation management using Open Table software
  • operate POS system and process financial transactions accurately
  • maintain a clean and organized host station
  • collaborate effectively with restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations
