Job Requirements
- ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
- be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
- ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
- embraces all Pacific Catch’s core values, hospitality standards, and team member standards
- ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
- ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- high school education is required
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide first-class hospitality
- manage seating arrangements and guest flow
- introduce the menu and answer guest inquiries
- handle phone calls and reservation management using Open Table software
- operate POS system and process financial transactions accurately
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- collaborate effectively with restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations
