- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- strong communication skills

- ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- thank guests sincerely and invite them back at the end of their visit
- assist team members as needed to support overall restaurant operations
