Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce guests to their servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Set and manage accurate guest expectations
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized host area
