Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones greeting guests seating guests making reservations taking food orders
- uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door host desk lobby area and crowd control
- learn restaurant seating layout understand table divisions into server areas and deliver food effectively
- set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's standards
- learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- conduct side-work as required for each shift
