Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Physical capability to remain standing and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective face and hand coverings during shifts
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages
- Maintain smooth guest flow in the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Assist in cleaning and disinfecting restaurant areas as needed
