Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to effectively communicate with others
- physically able to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
- capable of safely reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- able to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- willing to wash hands frequently during shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and with a smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- adhere to health and safety protocols including use of protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- communicate clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests
- support a clean and welcoming dining environment
