Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to effectively communicate with others
physically able to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
capable of safely reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds
able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
able to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
willing to wash hands frequently during shift

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
ability to stand and move for extended periods
capacity to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and with a smile
assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant
transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
adhere to health and safety protocols including use of protective coverings and frequent hand washing
communicate clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests
support a clean and welcoming dining environment
