Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the lobby experience
  • Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
  • Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
  • Maintain a comfortable and inviting waiting area
  • Provide guests with information about the restaurant and menu
  • Assist the team during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction
