Job Requirements

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage the dining room flow by organizing the waitlist
- Communicate with guests about wait times and table availability
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during busy periods
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Use the PAR training and company resources to perform duties effectively
