Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage the waitlist and update guests on their seating status
- Ensure the dining room flows smoothly by prepping tables for the next group
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Stay calm and composed during busy periods to maintain a positive environment
