Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly and professional appearance
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Inform guests of accurate wait times and manage the wait list
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
  • Work closely with store management and team members to create a collaborative team environment
  • Manage guest seating and coordinate with servers to optimize flow
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized host station
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly
