Job Requirements
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to work well with others as part of a team
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to handle fast-paced environments
- friendly and positive attitude
- basic knowledge of seating arrangements and reservation systems
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- manage wait lists and call-ahead seating
- keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- assist other staff as needed
- ensure positive and enthusiastic interaction with guests
