- Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

- Basic computer or POS system knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure dining room flow
- Update guests courteously with wait times and seating information
- Prepare tables promptly for the next guests
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Work collaboratively with team members to support service goals
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
