- Availability to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts

- Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days
Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and seat them efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and general restaurant information
- Manage the floor chart and maintain a list of guests waiting to be seated
- Communicate with guests about estimated waiting times
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal
- Coordinate with servers and bartenders to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return
