Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and be mobile throughout the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as highchairs weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Capability to wipe down table tops, table legs, booth seats, and pick up debris off the floor
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greets both arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner
- Seats all guests and assists the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Opens door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodates special needs such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- Manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provides guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning tasks
- Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons
