Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome
- Organize and manage reservations effectively
- Manage rotational seating to optimize guest flow
- Answer phone calls and take to-go orders professionally
- Assist in cleaning and resetting tables promptly
- Maintain communication with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Support team members to uphold high service standards
