Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage the restaurant waiting list during peak times to set accurate guest expectations
- introduce guests to their servers courteously
- regularly clean and sanitize guest touchpoints to ensure a safe dining environment
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- assist in managing guest flow to maintain efficient seating
- support the service team whenever necessary
