- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- welcome guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- introduce guests to their assigned server
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- ensure guest touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- maintain a poised and professional demeanor at all times
- assist with any guest inquiries or concerns promptly
