Job Requirements
- One year of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting with some leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Flexible availability: open to working day shift, evening shift, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain on feet for a prolonged period
- Well-groomed and neatly dressed
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Able to work in a standing and moving position for extended periods of time
- Food Handler certified
- OpenTable experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a hospitable welcome and genuine thank you to all guests
- Welcome guests with a warm greeting upon arrival and a genuine thank you as they exit
- Always acknowledge guest's right-of-way and actively assist guests with directions or special requests
- Open doors for guests entering or leaving the restaurant
- Maintain clean entryway and assist with table turn-over when needed
- Provide guests with accurate estimated waiting time
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
