Job Requirements
- Must provide a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or the equivalent
- Must have accurate mathematic skills
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
- Must be willing and able to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Must be warm, sincere, outgoing in personality
- Must stand for long periods of time while on duty
- Must move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Must work amidst noise in confined crowded spaces
- Must be able to move chairs, transport high chairs and/or booster seats to tables when necessary
- Must work nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently
- Answer phones and take reservations accurately
- Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy times
- Bidding farewell to guests with a sincere and positive attitude
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant layout, table numbers and specials
- Assist in ensuring the front-of-house area is welcoming and organized
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow
