Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and giving a warm farewell
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging with them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
