Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform job duties efficiently
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with phone systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Comfortable managing guest flow and multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurants
  • Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging with them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
