Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform job duties efficiently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with phone systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable managing guest flow and multi-tasking in a busy environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurants
- Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging with them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Be a team player and work well with others
