Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the waitlist
- Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
- Embrace and promote the CPK High 5 service principles
- Provide an inviting and pleasant experience for guests from arrival to seating
- Assist in ensuring smooth flow of guests during busy periods
