- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

- manage the lobby experience
- work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- manage seating arrangements and guest wait times
- maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby
- assist guests with special requests and seating preferences
- support team members during busy periods
